What You'd Do:

• Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways, and generally strive to get higher conversion rate for the cheapest price.
• Bid/buy and place campaigns within various digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Display Ads) managing the ongoing real-time optimization of live media to ensure price or CR goals are met and/or exceeded.
• Monitor campaigns for performance ensuring campaigns are pacing accordingly, managing spend, troubleshooting campaigns, creating insights about performance, making updates accordingly and flagging potential issues to management.
• Conduct A/B testing of your ads and landing pages to continue to refine and improve conversion
• Plan, launch, and execute digital ad campaigns to drive revenue and ROI
• Carry out set plans for testing AD perfomance in various geographies and targeting settings.
• Cooperate with designers and copywriters
• Manage platform relationships regularly via: Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, etc.

What You've Got:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising directly related to social media with an emphasis on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPC, ROI, ROAS)
• Experience working with ad budget volume above 30.000$/monthly
• Experience across buying/biddable platforms in any of the following: 
• Social: Facebook/Instagram
• Programmatic Display/Video (DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.)
• Should be comfortable with (and have hands on experience executing campaigns in) at least two of the following areas/platforms:
• Ad trafficking/tagging/DCM
• Google stack
• FB stack
• One or multiple DSP platforms
• B2+ English language knowledge
• Thorough understanding of real-time bidding auctions and bid strategies
• Software working experience: Binom/Keitaro; Multiprofile tools;
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a high attention to details

Any Additional Experience in the following a plus:

• E-commerce media buying experience
• Experience with several different ad networks (for example: Native+Social)
• Experience with supplement products media buying
